Miami Dolphins - This Season and Beyond Empty
PostSubject: Miami Dolphins - This Season and Beyond   Miami Dolphins - This Season and Beyond EmptyThu Mar 10, 2011 1:07 am

As you can see the Miami Dolphins are in a transition year. Regrouping, and gearing up for the next season. I'm going to be rebuilding this team in my play style.Alot of these guys don't fit that, and will be on the Block. None are useless, just not going to fit into what I expect out of each position. I'm a guy who loves the running game and defense. So, anything in the trenches is going to tickle my fancy.

Btw, why would anyone trade Brandon Marshall, Carlos Dansby, AND Cameron Wake?!

Since we have to wait till the offseason to proceed with any actual trades, I will keep everything updated in this thread.

Miami Dolphin Trade Block/To Be Released List.
Offense-
T Fender HB 78(Trade)
M Vance RG 85(Trade)

Defense-
W Aldrige RE 67(Release)
J Cross DT 80(Trade)
D White DT 75(Trade)
M Roth LOLB 68(Release)
T Dobbins MLB 68(Release)
B Underwood CB 70(Trade)
K Lewis CB 66(Release)
T Culvor SS 64(Release)

As for positions I am interested in. At this point picks are best (If thats allowed), but being without starts at almost all defensive positions. I'm open to anything.
Positions of Need-

Running Back (I like strong cutback runners. Not speed backs)
Wide Receiver (Possession/Route Runners)
Right Guard (Looking for balanced/run blocking types)
Right Tackles (Balanced rg's who specialize in run blocking)

R/L DE (Looking for 3-4 DE's. Not completely immobile, but str is a must)
L/R OLB (Also 3-4 Types. Looking for pass rushers)
R/L MLB (AWR/Block Shedding/TAK/Zone, The back bone of the defense is in the ILB positions, going to need some good ones)
CB2 (Another Vernon Davis type. Someone who can press, but isn't a slum to both zone/man coverages)
CB3 (Looking for a Man-to-Man type slot corner. Press is a plus, but must be quick)
SS (Not sure if Bell is going to return, but someone like his build)
KR/PR (Good carrying, and acceleration)

Like I said before, picks are a + but not always the deal maker. I'm very active and my trades are as fair as anyones. Going to bring these Dolphins back, the right way.

PostSubject: Cuts and Signing   Miami Dolphins - This Season and Beyond EmptyFri Mar 11, 2011 6:23 pm

Injuries:
Ronnie Brown HB - 2 Weeks
Marlon Moore WR - 1 Week
Nash Rogers LG - 3 Weeks

Signings:
Antonio Bryant WR (To replace WR Injury)
Tashard Choice HB (To replace HB injury)
Donald Thomas LG (To replace LG Injury)
Gary Branidge TE (To fill TE position)
Anothony McCoy TE (To fill TE position)
David Veikune MLB (To fill MLB Position)
Ray Allen CB (To fill CB position)
Rhett Bomer QB (To fill QB position)

Players Cut:
Marlon Moore WR

With the 'To Fill Position" signings. Each position had a lower amount of players at those positions then you need to put on the field. For example, the Dolphins only had 1 TE.
